*Returns*
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
*Made-to-Order Products*
All products are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor colour variations between screen displays and printed products
Please check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
*Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items*
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the issue.
Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund.
*How to Request a Return*
To request a return:
- Contact us through our website contact form within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photographs showing the issue.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
*Return Shipping*
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If a return is approved, items should be returned within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
*Refunds*
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
*Australian Consumer Law*
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that have a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
